Claudia Roda is a Professor of Computer Science and Director of the Division of Arts and Sciences at the American University of Paris (France). Her current research interests focus on theoretical and applied models for attention aware computing, she has also extensive experience in the design, implementation, and validation of multi-agent systems supporting cognitive and social processes related to learning and collaboration.
Claudia's research work has been sponsored by many organizations, and her publications may be found in academic journals such as Computers in Human Behavior, Pragmatics & Cognition, Interacting with Computers, New Ideas in Psychology, and many others. She recently published the book “Human Attention in Digital Environments” with Cambridge University Press. Claudia obtained her bachelor degree in Computer Science from the University of Pisa, Italy, and her Master and PhD from the University of London, UK.
